Unfortunately I must say at this stage in South Africa it is so sad what is happening. The top people in government is so busy stealing and running the country into the ground. And then we have the idiots like Malema that wants to keep on spreading hate among the different cultures so that nobody sees how much money they waste and how little they care even for their own people.
We have a wonderful country with beauty that you cannot imagine, great people and we can be one of the richest countries in the world with all our natural resources, but greed and power in the wrong hands is turning us into a pathetic under-developed country with lots of problems.
We know how this country can be. Most of us do not support the old ideas of apartheid and want to live in peace with all races and move to the future, but unfortunately the young and ignorant who where not even part of that era is ruining it all and keep on living in the past and steal and destroy.
Thing are getting more and more expensive, hundreds of people are loosing their jobs. big companies close down and the criminals get away with everything because the government do not care and the police cannot or do not want to do a lot... Customer service is a commodity.
We keep on praying for a miracle or even another country to do something.
Our government is incompetent and only lining their own pockets and feel nothing for the rest of the people... black and white.
They do not even help the farmers in drought stricken areas or give money to the SPCA. We 'normal' people stand together and donate and look after people on the street. Very sad, because I know how this country can be if people care.
I do not and cannot emigrate to another country. This is the place I want to be but it all makes me so sad to see what is happening.
Hopefully one day most people will look past the hate and fear of the past and start seeing that we need a change and the ANC will be voted out of government.
