Who Am I?

I am Annalee B. Medrano, a wife, and a mother of 4. I am also taking care of my two nephews. I am residing in a city, where they call it “City in the Forest” here in the Philippines. It’s a very small city wherein everything’s all about nature and its calming atmosphere. In regards to our very own province, there are a lot of places where it offers you extraordinary scenery. It’s amazing how Mother Earth has these amazing places where we can observe in awe. And as a mother, I focused on nurturing my family, while I still indulge myself in different activities that interest me.

What Are My Hobbies?

Gardening

I began planting and collecting different plants that caught my attention. It is a type of hobby that can actually help you be active, and most importantly it can boost your serotonin. It helped me spread positivity.

Cooking

As a foodie, cooking is one of the activities I enjoy. There is a lot of Filipino cuisine that is mouthwatering. Vegetables are my expertise, and you can incorporate them with any dishes you can think of. It’s delicious and healthy.

Why Did I Join Hive?

I joined this community because @dondononardem, my husband inspired me to join. It piques my interest since I love to share what I captured behind my lenses. Although writing is not my forte, nonetheless I still want to convey what I enjoyed in life. I hope that through this community, I can convey a perspective that can help the reader. I will share about the different places here in our province and will continue sharing what I have been doing with my hobbies (gardening, cooking, photography). This can be an instrument that I can still grow as a person, with the help of the members here in Hive.
