Thought Id show an example of a cheap apartment here in Chiang Mai Thailand. It costs 5200 baht a month plus around 300 for the electricity and water bill which comes each month and it equates to about 170$ usd or 230$ aud. This is really cheap comparing to western prices, and the room comes with all we need with extras such as air conditioning and a pool for all residents.
