Some years ago, as technology was going forward professional gaming was introduced to the public. In fact there was not professional gaming, it was just marketing around gaming products that were promoted as "pro things" for a "pro" gamer. Computers were created specifically for gaming and ads were created for telling us to buy pro gaming products in order to become pro gamers.
In fact only a small number of people manage to make money as pro gamers. Thosre were skilled and lucky enough to win a tournament and acquire a high money prize. Also some gamers on youtube made good profits by going live playing their games, the most well knows was piwdiepie. Where is he now?
Then blockchain came, the potentials are huge, nft's are taking over, we are still early but if you could imagine just the potential. You do not need to be pro in order to gain money through blockchain gaming, you just need to be an ordinary player and while you have fun, you can also earn some money.
We have to just wait for a good company to take advantage of all the goodies blockchain has to offer in gaming. There is going to be a revolution, we just need some good projects and then it's going to happen. We are living a new internet right now and we only have to use it the best we can in order to succeed.
