After a long time away from this great community, today I am back in contact with you, full of knowledge, experiences and good vibes.
It's been more than three months since I last published anything, mainly for work reasons. Now, out of my country, I am resuming my life, and in my free time I am still faithful to my great passion: going to the gym and improving myself every day a little more.
In addition, I am learning about a beautiful culture, starting with its delicious food and those exquisite teas they prepare.
Yes, friends, I am currently in this great country: Turkey.

Después de un largo tiempo alejado de esta gran comunidad, hoy vuelvo a retomar el contacto con ustedes, llenos de conocimientos, experiencias y buena vibra.
Hace más de tres meses que no publicaba nada, principalmente por motivos de trabajo. Ahora, ya fuera de mi país, estoy retomando mi vida, y en mis horarios libres sigo fiel a mi gran pasión: ir al gimnasio y superarme cada día un poco más.
Además, estoy aprendiendo de una cultura hermosa, empezando por su deliciosa comida y esos tés tan exquisitos que preparan.
Sí, amigos, actualmente me encuentro en este gran país: Turquía.
Poco a poco les iré contando sobre mi viaje, mis experiencias y los pequeños placeres que voy descubriendo.
