I saw this interesting tweet just a couple of minutes ago and I thought this bounty is perhaps one of the most relevant and timely bounties I have seen in a while, kinda reminiscent of the ConsenSys initiative wherein local residents from the Philippines are incentivized with cryptocurrencies to clean up polluted beaches.
