Wooo! I really love this topic, and the design seems pretty livable. I'd be curious to see a couple of variations of the plan and ponder about the pros and cons of each...

On a personal note, I'd prefer a more open space between the kitchen-dining-LR, which would, of course, disrupt the current payout... But if that kitchen door has a window of it's own, then I'd say its pretty balanced as is.
