Lo primero que viene a mi mente cuando hablamos de GLAM, es una imagen que impacta, una estética llamativa, y siendo sincera, algo relacionado al brillo.
Existen muchos sub géneros del Glam en el mundo de la moda y estilo, sobre todo lo largo de las décadas, pero si algo tienen en común, es esa belleza que te hace brillar. Personalmente, la rebeldía de mi alma no podía dejar de querer crear un look inspirado en el Glam Rock de inicios de los 80, pero sin perder la elegancia que existe dentro del glamour, una mezcla entre un estilo excéntrico, y al mismo tiempo seductor.
Los looks andróginos de la época se me hacen increíblemente atractivos, y quise jugar un poco con eso. Al no contar con un traje, lo pedí prestado a una amiga, misma que me tomo las fotos. El blazer lo use sin nada abajo, y mezcle el maquillaje, junto con la parte de accesorios, pegando así piedritas brillantes por todo mi torso.
Si algo caracteriza los looks del Glam Rock, es que puedan ser recordados, que sean lo suficientemente arriesgados como para ser impactantes, y eso intente lograr, sin llegar a lo vulgar. A pesar de que el traje es completamente negro, la carga de accesorios y lo fuerte del maquillaje me hicieron quedar satisfecha con el resultado, como digo arriba, rebelde, pero sin dejar de ser glamuroso. De ser famosa, creo que así iría a una alfombra roja, se vale soñar...

The androgynous looks of the era are incredibly appealing to me, and I wanted to play with that a bit. Since I didn't have a suit, I borrowed it from a friend, who took the pictures of me. I wore the blazer with nothing underneath, and mixed the make-up, along with the accessories, and glued sparkly stones all over my torso.
If there's one thing that characterizes Glam Rock looks, it's that they can be remembered, that they're risky enough to make an impact, and that's what I tried to achieve, without being vulgar. Even though the outfit is completely black, the load of accessories and the strong make-up made me satisfied with the result, as I say above, rebellious, but still glamorous. If I was famous, I think I'd go to a red carpet like this, it's worth dreaming...
