Here is a clip from twitch. I have seen @mrsirdrdudebro from our Guild doing this, so I knew this feature is there.

It is a maximum 60 seconds clip that repeats. Yet when you watch it through the Clip Page (click "twitch") you can open the original video and play it from the start position of the clip, by clicking "Watch Full Video" at any time.
