A beautiful walk the other day led me and my husband back to the Gap of Dunloe... One part of that journey we didn't visit.. So every opportunity for two of us to be alone is perfect for exploring the nature around us...
The Wishing Bridge is located between Coosaun Lough and Black Lake in the famous "Gap of Dunloe" and gets its name because it was said that wishes made while standing on the bridge will come true. source
The view was amazing..
We were walking all around the place.. Lots of greenery around us.. It looks amazing..
Every step closer I was so exited that I couldn't wait to see how it looks underneath
And little bit more... I could imagine whole new world over the other side... Look at that view from underneath..
There is also a lovely small bridge just above it. You can drive to the bridge, but the road is quite narrow. Many visitors walk, cycle or take a horse and trap ride through "The Gap"
Lots of reflections in the small lakes
It is really amazing..
