The natural environment is home to a wide variety of insects, many of which possess remarkable beauty. I often encounter such beautiful creatures while traveling from one place to another during the afternoon. Today, I am sharing a photo of an insect that exemplifies the beauty found in nature. It is a species I am quite familiar with and one that I particularly like—Dichromorpha viridis. Captivated by its beauty, I took a few photos with my mobile phone, and I am presenting them here to share with all my friends.
I spotted this beautiful insect in the afternoon while walking along the road after stepping out of my room. It was perched gracefully on a leaf among some weeds on the southern side of the road, and I found it truly delightful to look at. In our village home, we call this insect a grasshopper, and similar ones are often found on the leaves of crops in our fields. They can be seen resting on the leaves of various plants around the house during both the day and night. I have often observed them suddenly leaping into the air. Occasionally, they even find their way into my room through the window when the lights are on. Anyway, I am now sharing a few photos I took of this insect with my friends in the Hive community.
