Well, here are a few tips.😎
🔹 Warming Up is crucial, activate the part of the body that you want to train.
🔹Adding loop bands for activation and during exercise can help to recruit more muscle fibers.
🔹Focus on quality reps, range of motion, squeeze the glutes for more glute activation.
🔹Pre and post workout meals are very important and can’t be neglected. Would you drive with an empty tank? Would you drive after you almost used the last drop of gas? 🧐Well your body is the same as a car. Can’t function without nutrients. 🥑🥦🍛
🔹 Do less cardio if you are trying to grow the glutes. If you do cardio, then the stair master is great, and adding some kick backs and lateral kicks. (see my cardio video on my feeds) 🤗
🔹And rest, YES! Your body needs rest to grow the muscles. I train legs twice per week. It’s enough. You need rest and stretching to be sure that your body recovers correctly and will perform better for the next session.!
