they (CIA) also spend much time w/ LSD hoping it would be useful as a weapon - so they definitely do seem to be grasping at straws-often. Also lets just use the monetary system and high cost of living (as here in S. California) as a mind control device - nothing fancy - just constant obsession over making money in order to survive is a excellent means of controlling the masses. @angrytwin
