Disappointment ran through me as I stood in front of the broken white agapanthus flower, someone had bent the stem. Maybe it was totally an accident but none the less the flower was broken, no longer merrily looking up at walkers but bowing down. The scene looked sad and neglected.
Then, it got worse, the only other agapanthus flower was face down on the garden bed stemless. The 2 pretty white flowers I enjoyed looking at as I walked by each afternoon were no longer gracefully standing tall and proud.

I pondered for a bit, should I or should I not 'steal' the flowers? It was only the footpath I reasoned. I should was the winner of the day and so back home I went for my little clippers. Beautiful agapanthus flowers belonged in a vase to be admired. I just cannot leave them to unpredictable chance. Chance may see them ripped up with white petals scattered on the garden bed.
Now, the pretty white agapanthus flowers are feeling at home, the one with a very small stem sits in a little glass bottle beside a minute pot of water holding the stemless flower head. Both look happy in the company of a glass vase full of Christmas sparkling fairy lights.
Shadow cast by the flowers adds to the creative atmosphere and much gratitude to @melinda010100 for bringing #shadowhunters to hive, you have enhanced my shadow hunting skills.
Yesterday panned out so beautifully as it happened to be my #Wednesdaywalk day. It is brought to hive by nice guy @tattoodjay and is a tag that fits into so nicely into my walking and post writing. I love the unknown as I just never know when nature provides a photo opportunity on the beach, on the track, up in the sky or in gardens.
My post is a boiling pot of many themes, it fits perfectly into the fun musing #hiveblopomo. November is quickly racing to the end and I feel the immense pull drawing me into wonderful fantasy, jest, creativity and rhythm of "Blo Po Mo" before the month disappears in a puff. I was a slow starter but aim to end with lots of sparks.

One more photo of the white South African agapanthus to finish my post today.
