I am so into a quiet weekend now and then @coquicoin, and even thought I necessarily don't nap in the afternoon I find that I go into a space that is like sleep or is perhaps sleep. I so know after a deep meditationI feel very refreshed. I hope this does not sound too confusing. 🌹
