To me a work ethic varies from person to person but I like your advice about doing the Friday tasks on Friday. I too loved my work and just cleared my desk, made the calls and met with whoever regardless of the day of the week. Do I miss my work? Yes and no is my answer but I was ready to retire even though I was tapped on the shoulder with the offer of a redundancy. Another step in life was meant to be taken when it happened.
