Hi folksss,

I haven't been around for a while. And there are so many reasons for that, which I won't mention now. Let's just say, I needed all the energy I had for myself the past few months. I just wasn't able to write. But that doesn't mean I haven't missed writing! I've missed it immensely and I'm glad I can get back to it now.

Over the past few months, I've been sitting at home a lot, but I've also been out and about a lot. Partly because I was also in the middle of a move: I no longer live in Saramacca. I moved to Paramaribo because it is easier for me to go to the University that way.

I am still getting used to my new environment since it is a busy neighborhood compared to Saramacca where it is always quiet. But it is a safe neighborhood and that is important.

Where I live now, I have new roommates and it's nice knowing new people after all the Covid lockdowns. We've also been going out together from time to time.

It's fun to go out with the new roommates. Yet I keep reminding myself that finishing my studies is my highest priority. I try to do my utmost to study enough so that I can leave the University very soon.

I am less busy with tutoring at the moment, since most kids have already finished their exams. These days I am helping students prepare for Physics Olympiad. That is a little different than everyday lessons.

All in all, no matter how hectic life has been these past few months, peace is gradually returning in my life and I hope it will stay that way. In any case, I am grateful to the Universe every day that I am still alive and well. Thank you Universe. ❤️
