Ephesians 4:32 (NIV)

32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

The two words here are kindness and forgiveness.

These are two virtues that should not be scarce in a follower of Christ's life.
Infact it is part of godliness
