Am I overreaching the ETH withdrawal fees as insane? To be honest, I rarely do transactions with BTC or ETH. I only do it occasionally if I have no other option available.
My story this time begins with me selling DTC tokens that I got from this month's airdrop. For now, only Ionomy Exchange is the most possible for me to sell DTC. I sell to BTC. Initially, I wanted to save in BTC, but I know that the fee for withdrawing BTC to the local exchange, which I usually use, is quite expensive.
Save in ETH
So my next decision was to buy ETH yesterday because I think there is still a good chance to increase my profits if I save in ETH.
I also bought ETH, and plan to withdraw directly to the local exchange. But it fees about $11, so I tried to hold back my will.
I thought maybe after I made some profit, I would buy a HIVE which is available on Ionomy.
I'm Starting to Realize I Made the Wrong Decision
I wake up in the morning. Check ETH prices. I smile because the ETH of the day has increased by more than 30 percent. I was planning to withdraw my ETH, but then, I was surprised.
The ETH withdrawal fee which was only $11 yesterday has now changed to $12.6. WTF!
One lesson I learned: procrastinating on something is bad. If I had withdrawn my ETH yesterday, my profit would have been maximized.
I lost a few dollars, but I didn't lose because yes everything was just the free money that I got from the airdrop.
My final ETH balance. Maybe this is just a little, but I hope I exchange it for other coins later that might give me bigger and long term profit.
