The Gateway series uses hemisync technology to balance both hemispheres of the brain. This is perfect for meditation, hypnosis, instilling suggestions and in Robert Monroe's case it was the gateway for many of his Out of Body Experiences and remote viewing. This series is one of my absolute favorites and I use it to take my meditation to a whole other level.
By using the technology on these cds it cuts your learning time in half. You can get to your meditative state extremely quickly and without having to study for years. Try it for yourself and remember to get the CDs, not the mp3s because the CDs are far more effective. Also remember to only listen to these audios with headsets, while in a relaxed place - never while driving.
