Hello my great people, I believe everyone wants the best for themselves so it's the reason why I choose to introduce this piece of discussion to every steemians. Maybe the word ENTREPRENEUR might be your word of the day always but you have not critically evaluate how to be a better one.

Jeffry Timmons in his book “the entrepreneurial Mind” defined entrepreneurship as “the ability to create and build something from practically nothing. The definition captures the spirit of the word, the sense that entrepreneurs are like magicians, creating thriving organizations out of good ideas by virtue of hard work, canny business dealing, and personal skills.

Do you that many people believe that entrepreneurs have a personality that is so unique or different from those of normal people, they are just seen as having the right source deposited in them. But defining the various characteristics and qualities that embodies success can be an elusive task. There is no mould for the entrepreneur, they build their own mould.

But while it is hard to generalize about what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur, some personality traits seems to be more important than others.
I have to strongly tell you that the quality is commitment; it is a self motivation oil that distinguishes successful entrepreneurs from those that fail. It is the common thread in the live and biographies of those that have succeeded in new enterprises.

These are one quality any aspiring entrepreneur must admit because it is crucial to the success of their initiatives. Other traits commonly cited as important components of entrepreneurial success include business knowledge (marketing strategy, business planning, technical management), self confidence, communicational abilities and courageous attitude. You also ought to have the ability to tolerate ambiguous situations.

Frankly I must tell you, to be an entrepreneur is not a day job oo..smiles, now creative solutions to difficult problems may make or break the young and growing business, the ability of an entrepreneur to find an amazing and unique solution could be the key to his elevation.

I have discovered that one of the most vexing situations entrepreneur encounter is the allocation of scarce resources. Lets take these instance, owners of new ventures need to be able to decide how best to use a mall advertising budget. They ought to have the creative ability of finding more capital, team members. Note that entrepreneurial success is often determined by the business owner ability to make use of its limited resources available to him or her and have the ability to maximize it.

As an entrepreneur, the primary function needed to be identified Is an investment opportunity. Be wise enough to detect when and where to invest your capital on. There is need to understand the wants and needs of your potential consumers to know whether they will be satisfied with the goods and services.

CHOICE OF INVESTMENT
This is a very critical function where the entrepreneur decides on which investment opportunities to deal with. To be sincere there are a lot of opportunities, that’s why its important to evaluate it critically before making a choice. Before embarking on an opportunity, check the profitability of the project, know whether it’s of interest to you, the availability of the resources such as funds, suitable site, and opportunity for future growth.

BUSINESS DIRECTORSHIP
The entrepreneur does not only establish the business enterprise, but also operates specially in order to achieve his specified goals. So these therefore involves co-ordination of several activities, allocation of resources necessary for the performance of the tasks and personal motivational spirit.

RISK BEARING
This is just an inbuilt tradition, an entrepreneur must be a risk bearer, you have to be ready for it always.
