Practitioners are called paths and aim to move from one point to another in an environment of the most useful and efficient way possible, adapting to the demands of it with the sole help of your body. It can be practiced both individually and collectively in any environment, not exclusively in urban spaces. Each practitioner decides to what extent involved in their training and how to approach it. Its practice involves adapting to the environment to overcome the different obstacles present in a journey.
