Hey there thanks! I simply "pan" the subject and use shutter speeds at or below 1/60s. I shoot all of my panning/street photos handheld.

P.S. I have shot well over 350K panning photos so it's pretty much a reflex/muscle memory at this point. Have fun and give it a try!
