What is legal capacity?
Lawful capacity for an entity in its own name to enter into binding contracts, to sue and to be.
If your happen to get married to italian fiance/fiancee. Below is the step by step information how to obtain the said document.
First thing to do is you must go to civil registre office where you plan to get married and ask what are those requirements to be needed in order to get married.
In my place the requirements are below.
Woman:
• birth certificate(PSA)
• CENOMAR(PSA)
• valid I.D.
Man:
• birth certificate
• CENOMAR(PSA)
• legal capacity
• valid I.D.
How to get legal capacity?
Below is the requirements needed to get legal capacity.
Woman:
• birth certificate(PSA) with red ribbon.
• valid I.D.
Man:
• birth certificate from their comune
• stato di libero
• valid I.D.
After you finish the above documents you and your fiance/fiancee may now come to Italian Embassy at 6f. Zeta Building Salcedo St. Makati City. You must go there early because they don't accept application after 12 noon.
