The days, months and years go by. We remember the good times and every day we value what we live, we always dream of the illusion of being able to return.
From the first day that I came to live in the United States, I was strong, I had got used to having everything, but I realized that we should value how much or what little we have.
I worked under the hot sun in the strong summer of the city of Miami FL, washing cars, cutting the lawn of the houses and cleaning bathrooms of warehouses. I learned many things that I had never done, I managed to stay strong in every circumstance that fell to me, I just thought that all the sacrifice I made, someday it would be worth it.
I have a lot to thank this country, it gave me many opportunities and I have been able to achieve what I have proposed so far.
I am from Venezuela, country with the largest oil reserves in the world. Blessed with beautiful beaches, mountains, deserts and even considered as the country that has won more beauty contests worldwide.
Currently, my country faces a nasty episode, people die every day because they can not get medicines for their illnesses, children who go to sleep on an empty stomach because they can not get food, people who walk in the streets looking for food debris in the streets. trash containers. The economic crisis that they face today, has positioned itself among the highest in the world.
Even so, I'm still in love with my Venezuela, from every moment I've lived, I'm still in love with its culture, its food, its landscapes and its friendly people.
I believe that all of us who emigrate from our country, in search of a better future, will always be in love with where we came from. We can never divorce ourselves from the good memories that made us happy where we were born.
