First of all, I'd like to offer this community my sincere apologies and deepest regrets for the plagiarism incident I recently incurred by not citing the sources of the information I was using.
On the other hand, all the photos I use are always of my authorship, so I have no intention of doing any harm and do share my work with everyone humbly.
Main living room with dining room and kitchen, all in line to the end of the house. Notice the wooden dolls on the floor.
Having said that, I wish to share this time my experience as an interior photographer, for which I have received calls from restaurant, business and rental house owners who wish to show the best image of their property. This way, you can enjoy the exquisite good taste in terms of architectural and interior design that's being used here in Cuba, in addition to the profuse use of colors that characterizes them.
Secondary living room on the second floor of the property. Notice, again, the handmade ornaments, the combination of colors and the stright lines all over. Next three photos show other views of this same area.
This beautiful modern house is located in the Playa municipality of Havana. It has a simple yet elegant interior design, in which straight lines and angles predominate, combined with wood as the main material of choice, which gives all its spaces a serene, cozy and natural atmosphere.
Top photo, a straight forward view from the kitchen, and above, the kitchen itself.
As for the color, the owner cleverly chose a neutral base such as gray, which then allowed to combine it with others, given its ease to match virtually any shade.
Example of how gray perfectly combines with other colors and textures within one of the bedrooms, but all around the house as well.
For the floor, there are wonderful cream-colored marble slabs, which is very abundant in Cuba and, by the way, is extremely elegant and blends perfectly with the rest of the colors of all the rooms.
In this coherent and harmonious way, the colors and textures of the marble slabs on the wall, floor and wood work.
In the bathrooms were used warm and woody tones more consistent with the wood itself as the material of choice, creating an atmosphere that is not very classic for this type of room, but very striking and lively.
Ornaments.
Ornaments.
Ornaments.
Ornaments.
Ornaments are another detail that characterizes Cubans, and it is the taste for the rustic or handmade, but always with cultural value. So I could see here wooden dolls dressed in yellow, paper lamps (or at least simulating it), bottles covered in wood and objects made of wood and clay.
The level of cohesion and coherence present in this house is eye-catching from a design standpoint, which is why it was such a pleasure to do a photo shoot here. I put all my interest and professionalism, as well as all the tools possible to do a top quality job.
I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did
Best regards!
