In my introduction post i wrote that i have travel to another country. The country is Thailand. One of the most visited country in the world. I went there on June 4, 2017 with my mother and older brother. I was using tour guides package from my older brother information. I booked the ticket from early January 2017.
How much does it cost?
One of the frequently asked question when we visit a country is the cost. Because it can lead us to travel and buy many stuffs in a smarter way. I chose the tourist package. The cost is about $207. It is about 2.800.000 in IDR including flights, breakfast and stay at hotels for 4 days and 3 nights.
Where is it and what did you get?
I mean two hotels :D. One in the Bangkok or capital city of Thailand and that is Dynasty Hotel, quite nice hotel. Another one is in the Pattaya city and that is Mike Beach Hotel and that is very nice hotel because you just have to walked about 100 meters to reach out the beach and enjoy very wonderful view. You can also play parasailing near the beach but you must pay about 160.000 in IDR or $12 or 400 THB (Thailand Bath currency).
The journey
First i went to the Kualanamu International Airport in North Sumatera, Indonesia. My family and i checked in and get done things there before flight To Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok, Thailand. The flight from Medan to Bangkok was 05:35 AM to 07:35 AM. When i was arrived at Don Mueang, my brother and I bought internet package there. Once we were done, we went to bus to get to Dynasty Hotel. When we were on the bus i saw many wonderful building and traffic, then we meet a family from Medan too and we had a chit chat.
When we arrived at the hotel, we cannot check-in yet and we must wait until 2 PM. We put our bag inside the hotel, then we go outside with the another family. First, we went to market to grab some foods. Once we were done, we used grab to go to pray at Erawan shrine. After that, we go to some plazas in the first day. The first plaza i forgot the name but it near SD Avenue in Bangkok. The second is the platinum fashion mall. My family had a lunch there. We were in the plaza till night before back to the hotel and bought some food first.
After we go back to the hotel, we stay at the hotel. The next day we ate breakfast at the hotel. Later, we packed our items together and ready for the next trip. We go to dream world first and see wonderful views and toys, get some photos :). After done, we go to Pattaya city and go to Art-In 3D Art Museum in Pattaya. So many amazing art there. The next was we go to the hotel and i saw amazing beach view.
Then, we arrived to Mike Beach Hotel. When we finished put items there, we go to the nearest shopping mall try some foods and items, quite nice. Then, we go back to Mike Beach Hotel. In my opinion this hotel is better than Dynasty hotel. The next day or June 5, 2017, as always had breakfast at hotel and many delicious food you can taste.
The day i spent was full at Pattaya. The first trip in the day i went to Silverlake, Laser Buddha and nong nooch village to see elephants attraction and opera. The elephants were so smart and wonderful.You can take 3 photos with an elephant for 100 THB, 200 THB with photo frame that will give to you. Then we go back to hotel as usual.
The third day or June 6, 2017, we go to honeyfarm and bought some. The honey is very original and great quality honey. The deficacy can maintain your body metabolism, skincare and many more. After that, we went to buy souvenirs for my family’s friends and my friends at Bowtip Pattaya if am not mistaken. Then, i went back to Bangkok. At the night, i found some funnies item at MBC Mall Bangkok. That was Indomie :). Noodles that made in my country, so proud.
The last day, 7 June 2017. I flew back to Medan and arrive at 13.30 PM at Medan. Bye Thailand. When i was home, i went to sleep ASAP because of very tired but fun :). Actually i have many photos but can't post it all. In my conclusion, travel to Thailand is very worthy because so many tourists go there too. The difficult is just the Thai language according to me but you don't need to learn all about that if you just want to travel. The Thai people very respect to their king too.
