One of the largest temples. The cathedral was built by Peter the first in 1801.
Peter the First wanted the cathedral to be similar to St. Peter’s Cathedral in the Vatican.
After the Patriotic War, monuments to Russian soldiers were made here. Field Marshal Kutuzov is also buried here with the soldiers. He won the most important battle.
Later the cathedral became the Museum of the History of Religion and Atheism.
The cathedral keeps the great history of St. Petersburg.

Один из самых больших храмов. Собор построил Петр первый в 1801 году.
Петр первый хотел, чтоб собор был похож на собор Святого Петра в Ватикане .
После отечественной войны здесь сделали памятники русским воинам. Также с воинами здесь похоронен фельдмаршал Кутузов. Он победил в самом главном сражении.
Позже собор стал Музеем истории религии и атеизма.
Собор хранит большую историю Санкт-Петербурга.
