One of my fave places in Glasgow is Kelvingrove Park.
It's a little bit of the country hidden behind the city.
Pretty much everywhere you go in the Park the clock tower of Glasgow University is visible.
It all looks a bit straange today. This was heading towards late afternoon or early evening so the light was golden but I could see a lot of reds in the trees.
From the top of the hill you can see the horizon all the way around. The view later in the year isn't as good as you can't see throught the trees so well.
Today seemed clearer than usual - must have been less traffic and therfor smog on the Cydeside Expressway!
I could see the distant flats and even one of the Titan Cranes which from this vantage point must be the Whiteinch Crane.
