Sou uma pessoa anal贸gica, costumo dizer que sou Webless, comecei minha vida profissional muito antes da internet se popularizar em nosso pa铆s. Estar aqui hoje, conversando com v谩rias pessoas que j谩 est茫o dentro deste novo protocolo da internet, me traz uma satisfa莽茫o danada馃槏
Quando me formei em publicidade sequer existiam computadores na universidade, por茅m em seguida come莽aram a surgir os primeiros computadores dom茅sticos e em, quem a铆 se lembra de um 386? 馃 Windows 3.11??
Depois de muitas passagens, muitos projetos, alguns pr锚mios (nem tudo 茅 s贸 trabalho!). Um dos projetos de desenvolvimento local que fiz com uma comunidade do munic铆pio de Porto Alegre, ganhou um pr锚mio da Uni茫o Europ茅ia - Rede Urb_Al 10 - Combate 脿 Pobreza Urbana, o que me enche de orgulho (mod茅stia 脿 parte!).
Tive algumas experi锚ncias de trabalho muito legais, trabalhei com ONGs internacionais onde pude aprender muito sobre metodologia de projetos de desenvolvimento local, onde acabei me especializando em Gest茫o do Desenvolvimento Local nas Na莽玫es Unidas. Com esta forma莽茫o, mais uma infinidade de outras que sempre fiz, sou de fato uma #LongLifeLearner, e acabei trabalhando para a UNESCO, fazendo v谩rios projetos com v谩rias comunidades locais de Porto Alegre, o que fez eu me tornar Cidad茫 Em茅rita do munic铆pio 馃槉 outra coisa que me deixa bem feliz.
Gostava muito de trabalhar com desenvolvimento local, sempre achei um trabalho muito importante para contribuir com a constru莽茫o de um mundo melhor e mais justo. Mas a铆 voc锚 dir谩: n茫o 茅 um pouco ambicioso "contribuir com a constru莽茫o um mundo melhor e mais justo"? Pois ent茫o, 茅 sim!! E foi a铆 que me quebrei e tive um burnout! Infelizmente, as mudan莽as necess谩rias para melhorar um pouco 脿s condi莽玫es de vida de milh玫es de pessoas, s茫o muito maiores e mais complexos do que o trabalho de v谩rias pessoas, mesmo que unidas em um 煤nico prop贸sito.
E onde entra a #Web3 nesta hist贸ria? Pois bem, foi na Web3 que encontrei v谩rias a莽玫es pr谩ticas que podem sim, contribuir com a constru莽茫o de um mundo melhor e mais justo!! Enfim encontrei um espa莽o onde muitas pessoas est茫o construindo este mundo, na pr谩tica, no dia a dia, e eu sou encantada com isto!!
Nesta minha jornada, comecei entrando pra comunidade do World of Women, que me abriu a porta prum universo que eu n茫o conhecia, mas que n茫o foi nada dif铆cil me apaixonar 鉂わ笍 Elas tinham um programa que ensinava 脿s mulheres da comunidade a abrirem um carteira digital, como comprar tokens, fazer compras em marketplaces de arte como a OpenSea e Rarible e como mintar o seu pr贸prio #NFT. E neste momento eu comprei meu primeiro NFT, a Linda Guerreira WoWG #12700
A partir de ent茫o adotei o perfil undoxxed (uso o NFT como #PFP - Profile Picture), o que significa que voc锚 me acha em todas as redes com o @AndreiaMartinBR e o meu NFT como foto de perfil, sem mostrar minha imagem real. Isto 茅 muito legal, participar de v谩rios espa莽os digitais sem ter que mostrar minha "cara" 馃き por que, n茅? Nem sempre a gente t谩 *apresent谩vel * do outro lado da c芒mera! Mas isto gera um problema na vida real! Quando vamos aos eventos e queremos encontrar com todo mundo, como a gente se reconhece se todo mundo s贸 v锚 o PFP?? Eis aqui um desafio que a gente tem que enfrentar no IRL (In Real Life).

I'm an analog person, I usually say that I'm Webless, I started my professional life long before the internet became popular in my country. Being here today, talking to several people who are already part of this new internet protocol, brings me a great satisfaction 馃榾
When I graduated in advertising, computers didn't even exist in the university, but then the first home computers started to emerge, and who here remembers a 386? 馃 Windows 3.11??
After many experiences, numerous projects, and a few awards (it's not all about work!). One of the local development projects I did with a community in Porto Alegre municipality received an award from the European Union - Urb_Al 10 Urban Poverty Reduction Network, which fills me with pride (modesty aside!).
I had some really cool work experiences, collaborating with international NGOs where I learned a lot about local development project methodologies. I specialized in Local Development Management at the United Nations. With this background, along with the countless other courses I've taken, I am truly a #LongLifeLearner. I ended up working for UNESCO, implementing several projects with various local communities in Porto Alegre, which led to me being honored as an Honorary Citizen of the city 馃槉 another thing that brings me great happiness.
I truly enjoyed working in local development, as I always believed it to be vital in contributing to the construction of a better and more just world. But you may ask, isn't it a bit ambitious to "contribute to the construction of a better and more just world"? Well, yes it is! And that's where I broke down and experienced burnout! Unfortunately, the changes necessary to improve the living conditions of millions of people are much greater and more complex than the work of several individuals, even when united under a single purpose.
And where does #Web3 come into this story? Well, it was in Web3 that I found various practical actions that can indeed contribute to building a better and more just world! Finally, I found a space where many people are actively building this world, day in and day out, and I am fascinated by it!
In my journey, I began by joining the World of Women community, which opened the door to a universe I was unfamiliar with, but it was not difficult at all for me to fall in love 鉂わ笍 They had a program that taught women in the community how to open a digital wallet, buy tokens, make purchases on art marketplaces like OpenSea and Rarible, and how to mint their own #NFTs. And in that moment, I bought my first NFT, the Beautiful Warrior WoWG #12700.
Since then, I adopted the "undoxxed" profile (using my NFT as my #PFP - Profile Picture), which means you can find me on all social networks as @AndreiaMartinBR with my NFT as my profile picture, without showing my real image. It's really cool to participate in various digital spaces without having to show my "face" 馃き because, you know, we're not always looking presentable on the other side of the camera! But this create a problem in real life! When we attend events and want to meet everyone, how do we recognize each other if everyone only sees the PFP? Here's a challenge we have to face in the IRL (In Real Life).
