Hey denmarkguy@denmarkguy

This is probably the first time that I've read anyone writing about this - we're always reading about how to achieve, accomplish and do more in less time. I have found that in certain instances doing things quickly or in a rushed way can be dangerous and I've stabbed myself with a screwdriver a couple of times because I was trying to do something quickly when I actually should have been more focused and just do it in it's own time.

I constantly feel rushed, my mom was one of those frenetic people you refer to in your post. She used to call it being in fast forward mode. I can now honestly say that she was experiencing a manic episode and I absolutely agree that having to constantly rush from one thing to the next is not at all healthy.

I hate it when I don't get done what I want to during a day, but that's sometimes just life and we need to deal with it one day at a time.
