April Goals:
Reach 2000HP (348HP increase)
PUD 1st April
Power up every day of the month
Reach rep 67 (0,60 to go)
Reach rank of 4000 (585 positions)
Reach 3,5million vests (Just under half a million to go)
Did I smash 'em?
I managed to reach most of the goals set out for April.
☑️ My HP is sitting at 2021HP
☑️ I completed my first Power Up Month by powering up Hive every day. This is more difficult than I first would have thought and it was my third attempt, I failed the first two months I tried, so I tried again.
☑️ My reputation goal was achieved which I'm very happy with as I know it gets more difficult to move up as your account grows.
✖️ I haven't yet achieved my rank, I still have 9 positions to go, but I'll get there, perhaps tomorrow or Tuesday.
☑️ The goal of 3.5million vests I completed and surpassed, it's now sitting at 3.6million.
While these are simply numerical statistics of the little goals that I set, I am pretty proud of the fact that I've achieved most of them even in the face of some adversities I've been facing over the last few weeks. I guess that speaks of a degree of tenacity that is pushing me to still take steps forward and reaching many little goals helps to fulfil much larger, over-arching ones. I often have to remember to take a step back for some extra perspective and look at the bigger picture again.
I'm having to change a few of my goals now to take into account the change in HBD interest and so I'm planning to half my original goal of an additional 300HP to adding 150HP and 150HBD into savings.
May Goals:
Reach 2150HP
PUD 1st May
Rep 67.5
Rank 3800
Reach 4million vests
I've also been buying a few extra Hive while the price has been lower which will eventually make it's way into my account here.
I think I ticked off more of these this month than last month even though this month was more challenging for me. I've been watching the crypto markets and things are not looking very exciting of late, isn't May meant to be a very low month of the year for markets?
Are you setting monthly Hive goals and tracking them? Let me know in the comments.
Have a great day
