Hey everyone , this is my first posting in this community. Hope all of you travellers are doing great !

I have always loved travelling , even since I was little. It just brings me so much joy , makes me feel a certain way. The feeling you get when you're in another city is just so exciting.

This time I travelled to Bangalore with my grandmother. I had just finished my first semester exams and needed a break , a much needed one. So I decided to travel to Bangalore.

My father's sister lives in Bangalore and so we stayed at their place. They live in electronic City , far from the happening places. We left to banglore on the train at night 8:30 from the Mangalore junction and reached the majestic railway station at sharp 6:50 am the very next morning. Since we travelled on the train it wasn't a tiresome travel. We then took a cab from the station to my aunt's house , that is electronic City which was 40 minutes away from the station we were at. We reached a little before 8:00 am.

After reaching our destination , I quickly took a shower and straight up slept for about three hours. And then woke up and had lunch . After which I decided I didn't want to sit at home and so I got dressed up . I left the house around 2:50 to go to a cafe all on my own in such an unknown and busy city like Bangalore.

I booked a ride on rapido , an auto rickshaw. I went to he third wave coffee roasters at HSR layout. This place was about 10 kilometres away from the place we stayed at and hence the rickshaw fair came upto ₹171 ($2.29) , pretty good for such a long distance. I was quite impressed by the price.

After reaching the cafe I ordered two things.

What I ordered

Thandoori chicken sandwich
This one wasn't that great. It tasted good , yes but there was nothing special about it.
Cost: ₹270 ($3.26)

Iced Japanese macha latte
This was the first time I tried out matcha tea. I actually liked it and how refreshing it tasted. Definitely going to implement drinking this tea in my routine.
Cost: ₹240 ($3.21)

After that I took a rickshaw again , to commercial Street. I was really excited to go here. The rickshaw fair came upto ₹150($2.01).

I reached here at about 5 pm and started walking. Here are a few things I bought at commercial Street. I didn't want to go overboard with this and so I spent only an hour here and left home.

What I bought

These flats were for ₹250. Loved the colour and so I bought them. They are really comfortable and also how stylish are they.

This shirt was for ₹250 ($3.35) as well. How cute this shirt?!!

Next up we have a saree blouse fabric ,cause I loved the print and I love wearing sarees. The price of the fabric was ₹250($3.35) per metre.

And lastly we have a cute brown top which was at ₹250($3.35) and a wide leg black jeans ankle length which was at ₹650($8.70)

That was it for my first time going out alone in an unknown City , like Bangalore. I really loved the vibe and I will definitely do this again. I hope you guys found this post to be helpful to get an idea of the prices of different things. I hope to see you all soon.
