Simple is a music player that easily controllable from the status bar, home screen widget or by hardware buttons on your headset. User can sort the tracks by the Title or Artist, as well as change the Equalizer. It contains a widget with customizable text color, alpha and the color of the background. Simple Music Player available is totally open source, the project can be found here. You can also download the app from Play Store here.
Simple Music Player is truly simple and easy to use. With it's simplicity, Simple Music Player can be the lightest music player. I thought the logo design need new appearance to look more like a logo than an icon. Here's my new logo proposal.
Benefits / Improvements
Orange is the main color of this logo, because it's the mandatory of bigger series mobile tool apps own by this company. Orange is associated with happiness and stimulates mental activity, so with this color scheme I hope user can enjoy listen to music and relaxed.
This new proposed logo is combination of letter S and music note, so user will immediately connected the logo and the brand. By renewing Simple Music Player's logo, I want to make a modern logo instead of simple icon, so user will interested with this app.
