How about you new mindset? How do you choose a new mind to replace your old awake mind? Here are some pointers for creating your new mindset:
- Make your mindset as real, concrete, and comprehensive as possible.
That means writing it down exactly what you want. What new beliefs do you want to live? What new attitudes or opinions do you want to apply? What new mental habits and patterns will be beneficial to your life? What do you see? What expectations will lead you to victory? Who do you want to be? When you read your new mindset and the life image you want, what is the image look like? Where are you? How do you feel? What do you see? Who is near you? What would a day be like if you lived your life with that new attitude, belief, and thought?
Start by writing, "I'm so excited, and grateful now for ..." Then continue to describe your beliefs, hopes, expectations exactly the way you want them to be.
- Think unlimitedly.
Let yourself build your future and your own attitude, others, and how the world works the way you want. Do not waste what you think you can accept. Realize the life you really want!
- Be sure to write it down in the sentence-as if you already have it.
You should not think in the form of "one day," or write "I will." Write it and experience it, as if it were happening right now, even if the result has not materialized. Write, for example, "I like making money and running a successful business, because I may be generous to others." Give your subconscious mind this message is real in your life.
Remember, the subconscious accepts everything that is given, without editing, censoring, or judging. If you write it it will happen later, it is important to you that you want, and you have not become the person you want. When you say, "I will," you are telling your subconscious mind you are not. I once read an organization that said they "struggled to be number one." Guilty what they always do. Fight! With that mission statement, they always fought, and never became number one! If you are slipping and composing yourself in the future, go back and take your mindset right now.
- Make your mindset emotional.
Also in the present form, include emotional words and get involved with what you are writing. Remember, feeling is the gateway to the subconscious mind, and your subconscious mind is the true force behind your success. Emotions create motivation. You have to be excited. If you are not excited by your new mindset, if you do not really fall in love with the new mindset, the new mindset will not form in physical form. Man's spirit will not invest his efforts for something mediocre! If you do not feel energized after completing your new mindset, go back and re-do what you write. When it really moves you, you are ready to be a creature.
- Be careful that you state what you really want, not what you do not want.
Our mind can not input no word. If I told you not to think about ice cream, what do you think? First you must think about what I say not to you, before you can tell your mind not to think about it! All of these things will make you attract the things you really do not want. So remember to state what you really want.
- Draw a picture of your mindset and be in the picture, not an observer looking at it.
The average person doing these exercises, they almost always attract them to see themselves in the picture. It will not work. You must be in the picture of your new mindset. If you look at yourself in the picture, you say to your subconscious mind it's not really you, you have not really been there yet. If you are right
