FUUUUCK. I CAN FINALLY USE MY DESKTOP PC.

It has been, what, like a week? since I didn't got to use my desktop PC. I don't own a usable laptop. (My only laptop was the one my dad gave to me WAAAAY BACK IN 2014 WHEN I WAS GRADUATING FUCKING HIGH SCHOOL.) Shit can't even open Microsoft Word let alone Chrome. It's even slower than fucking PLDT. (An Internet Service Provider here in the Philippines that offers fucking slow internet connection.)

So how the hell am I going to work.

Here's the motherfucker.

(And damn right I kept them dust on and that one strand of hair. To emphasize "old", unused, laptop.)

Luckily though, I was able to get my hands on my dad's desktop. This desktop was originally used for our family business [Pre-Covid], but has been shifted out because they decided to move to another location for the business, and that pretty much doesn't require using this anymore. (Idk exactly why, but, that's what happened.)

Everything went smooth UNTIL...

The LAN wire was cut.

Fucking hell.

Prior to this, a lot has happened; I borrowed a laptop from my friend for the meantime, bought a fucking LAN to USB adapter that costs $6.83 (For me it was already expensive cause it was the only remaining cash I have on my physical wallet as of the moment. About that, I'll talk about it on my next blog), planned to buy a new LAN wire that would cost around $8-10, and even crazily planned to buy a new laptop. (fuck)

I do not have sufficient funds to everything as of now, but hopefully, I could buy a new laptop by the end of this year. Any recommendations? I want a high spec laptop but I'm not a gamer. I want to use it for business and personal stuff.

So to sum it all up, since my dad is an electrician, I asked him to fix the cut on the wire. The LAN wire was 30 meters, so he decided to cut it into half, fix the damaged wire, and then connected the other half of the wire. The remaining useless wire was thrown away. It was just too long.

And thank God! I can finally use the PC with its internet connection! The PC is basically useless without it though. I have been worried that I wasn't engaging and posting lately on Peakd because of this dilemma, and haven't been finding some part time online jobs, but all's good now! :)

But fuck the bastard who cut that wire. Be it a rodent or whatever. Imma get you next time.
