I finally got the first of a five-part introduction. The first one is going up today and if I can get YouTube to corporate with for ten minutes, I will get two of them up tomorrow. Plus the regular one for Anarchy Land. This is going to take time to figure out how to juggle two channels.
Scratch Kitchen is going to be very therapeutic for me. I cover serious topics on Anarchy Land. So doing a channel about something I enjoy and hopefully inspire others to start cooking from scratch. Not only is it healthier, but it cheaper.
So let's take our homes and our kitchens back. Gather the fam around the table and get to know each other again. I watch these videos of people in the 1950s everyone set at the table and had conversations. Each person got time to speak. Starting with dad. I do miss this era. I look forward to getting back to my roots and cooking in the way I grew up with.
