I went on this trip like on a real adventure. I was a total outsider in the fashion world. So much the more, all this was a real challenge for my career. My love for Mostar, the town well known for its light, originality, art and beauty of women has been the basic initial spark of my mission to place my town on the place it deserves.
The identity of a woman has been lost in the turmoil this town has lived for the last twenty years . The fashion on the streets turned to uniformity that borders with vulgarity. That is why I formed a group of enthusiasts, fashion designers for clothes, bags and jewelry and tried to show young generation and all others that the spirit of Mostar has not been demolished, and that we have so much more material to make women recognizable, original and unique. That is what Mostar women have always been.
This fashion show has, in only one evening, shown that there are women that, with their diligent hands, create beauty that is meant to elevate above these hills, and present itself to the world.
