Mastering the body with the mind to synchronize movements is perhaps a very difficult skill for many people, but essential for some professions.
It is important to work on motor coordination, which is nothing more and nothing less than the ability to synchronize various movements through the brain, muscles and joints.
Motor actions are necessary because some things require to be performed correctly and accurately, such as shooting, playing the piano or serving a tennis shoe.
What would a soldier without motor coordination be like?
Aiming and pulling the trigger at the same time should be almost impossible for a soldier of this level, as the activities emphasize control, precision and accuracy of movement.
And by the way the commander is very patient...
Facts that cannot be denied, these soldiers probably doesn't have;
The basic motor skills that must be developed over time are composed of:
Mobility skills that is rolling, running and jumping;
Stability skills, which involves balancing on one leg, or balancing on something;
Manipulation skills that involve, throwing, kicking, and catching, these skills are fundamental techniques for anyone.
This is the ability that we all already have, but we really need to develop it to synchronize our movements using the brain.
