I create healthy gluten free recipes. Sometimes people love to "gourmetsize" recipes using a foodie vocabulary words in order to get attention so we get discourage, at least I used to. Ever since I was a teenager I knew my passion for food, healthy-easy-tasty-no stress-friend's going crazy kind of food and that is why I love to share my passion with everybody.
