Hermit Crab house move at night, Video and long Picture story.
The late night partying went on and got louder. It became hard to sleep and I have slept in warzones with no trouble. I cannot seem to sleep and so get up and walk the beach away from where the noise came from.
As I was walking I say people catching crabs on the beach with torches. I saw that there was lots moving around my feet in the dark.....
I illuminated the area and to my surprise I found a hermit crab wandering away from me.
I took time to watch it and see how it moved around and acted.

Here it comes the move out and the land grab to get the shell turned around.

I moved the light and here we see better the movement.
Here the Hermit crabs come out under light.

Slow but fast this little crab acts fast as it delicately moves and flips in the sand.
And the pre flip.
Just the second before the flip.

Oh kay one more try to make sure this all works out and to see the action of how a Hermit crab flips a shell.

I played with the hermit crab for a bit and watched it for a while.
I did a few photos and a video and then felt a bit bad for moving this Hermit crab around a lot and not letting it go where it wanted.
So I let off of it and let it wader the area a s i fallowed behind slowly as it wandered which ever way it went.

The peninsula where this Hermit crab was found is, Cam Lập Cam Ranh, Khánh Hòa. Quite a place to stop and wit to see much more then I thought I would. I am glad I stopped in this area for as long as I did. It is time to get back on the road in the coming day,. where shall I head, not sure yet, ill let the read help decide which way to go.
