As I was wandering I saw this beauty wandering around as well. Coming close to the fence that divided us both from each other. I got closure to take some photos of this beauty right here in front of me.
The quills says it all. When they are spiked up they tend to be scared, but when down they are just living along their life.
As it circled along and come back the other way it provided an opportunity to take a nice picture of it wandering around.
That look in its eyes can not be known but thought of what it might think are definitely wondered.
As it searched for more food that was dropped in the cage by some one passing by, it sniffs and scratches to see more of what may come.
I an surprised how close I can get without this creature running away and getting defensive. Perhaps it is used to many people wandering around and knows that most will not try to pet or hurt an animals filled with sharp quills.

The possibilities are endless when the creature is this close, how nice to see and be close to such beauty.
That is is for now as the day gets on and more road needs to be traveled.
