So, which city is smallest in the world? It is HUM!

Hum is a town in the central part of Istria, in Croatia. The elevation is 349 m. It has a population of 21 as per the 2011 census, but is officially a town. Hum is listed as the smallest town in the world by Guinness World Records. On its western side, the town is enclosed by walls and on the remaining sides houses are built into the defensive walls. There are some photos, enjoy in beauty!

The town’s parish church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary was built in 1802 on a site of an earlier church. There is also a small Romanesque church of St Jerome built in the 12th century which holds ancient wall paintings of high quality.
