Hello, I am Alex Van Aken and I love my DAWG, Wilson. This is what he looked like when I got him:

It’s impossible to get him to sit still so this picture is actually a frame out of many shots I took at once. I think he is camera shy because he’ll immediately turn his head:

He’s my best friend and I love him immensely because he (almost) never lets me down, and when he does it’s usually just because he doesn’t realize what’s going on. He’s still young, turning 11 months this month and will be 1 year old December 20th! 🎉🐕 On a side note, they should make a black dog emoji... He’s a mix of a Terrier and a Dutch Shepherd! He was also my co-pilot on a recent road trip/move we made and he made a great road-trip buddy. On top of that, he really helped me get through a terrible breakup, the longest relationship of my life which was about 3 years...
