Still in the process of opening a new plantation land, to plant oil palm.
To open palm garden requires no small amount of capital, enough to rip the bag of course for those planning plunge fields for this. However, because of the high value economically, it does not become an obstacle. So no rare people flocked to get a soft loan from the bank in order to have the capital for palm oil plantations.
