It is crucial to understand that there are many factors involved in the activation of a mission assignment. There is the mission itself, which is the work that needs to be done, then there is the commissioner of the mission; one you may call the sender or facilitator of the mission; and then there is the missionary, or the sent one.
However, all these factors may be on ground, yet without a willingness to embark on the mission there can be no work done. Until there is a sending and a willingness for the mission, the work will never happen. The commissioner is God, and He is the one who sees the mission and has all its details. But the question is this; can He call you? If He calls you, will you be willing to do the work for Him? God called Moses literally from nowhere, he wasn’t expecting it, it came as a shock to Moses, but he eventually responded.
All the work that will be done for the kingdom out there must be done by someone that God will call. For every problem in society, God has a man or woman to fix it, and God is already preparing people to handle the future problems of this world as we speak. You easily get to know that God has called you to something when He allows you to see what others are not seeing in that area; when He places a burden in your heart over the plight of a certain people, or over certain situations or conditions of society. You may never hear a voice like Moses, but if you have seen it, He may have already called you.
I charge you today to respond to the call of God, hear His heart, see His concern and respond accordingly in Jesus Name.
