Reminiscing the good memories could be of great help to your mental health. Think positive to attract positivity in life as well. THE TALL STURDY COCONUT PALM TREES...
When I will visit my family on my Father's side, the first thing I asked them is that " Is the coconut palm tree bearing its fruit?" Why? It is because I love its coconut juice and the coconut flesh. It's super yummy! I can't refrain from eating and drinking from those if it has. Aside from that, my grandmother has so many bearing fruit trees there that's one thing I love the most when I visited them because a lot of fruits were being offered.
What they are doing...?
The moment I went there, I saw them making this. They make a roof of the house made up of coconut leaves. Since I don't know how to do this, I simply observe what they're doing. It's fun actually, they were enjoying making it. I can see it in their faces. They are not my relatives by blood but by heart. A very hardworking individual who is living with my grandparents there.
These faces am gonna missed the most if I can't visit them. Their precious smiles and warm treatment towards me make me feel special. They are my cousins, the daughter of my father's sister. Way back when we were still a little bit younger, they were my companions, my playmates, and my enemies at the same time cause there was some point when the toy I wanted was the toy they also wanted. Well, at the end of the day our grandmother bought us the same toys then.
My grandparents always remind me that I must not forget to visit them once in a while. That reminder that I instilled in my heart and mind up to now that even if I am married always at the back of my mind whenever I am not that busy. I make sure that the moment I will visit them I have nothing to think about my work and the like which is why everything should be done before visiting them. I should be free from everything when I am with them in short.
And of course during my visit, never will I miss swimming in the sea. It's a sort of relaxation of my tendon, ligament and cartilage after all the hustle and bustle in life. This little cutie patootie is my youngest cousin also who never leaves me wherever I go. She wanted to be at my side all the time then. The calmness of the sea makes me more at ease as I soaked my body in it.
INSIGHTS...
We must not forget to visit our grandparents then despite how busy our life is. We'll make sure that before they bid goodbye to us for good, we have done what we ought to do and we have said what we'll gonna say before it's too late. At least in the end, we don't have regrets for not doing a particular thing.
