(Remember Rocky (the light brown retriever mix) and Rover (the yellow cartoon dog) who acted as alternative assistants and search companions for Microsoft Office 2000 and Office XP and their crazy and weird animated actions to catch your attention!!!)

So... for my submission, the fantabulous password, I would interestingly create "A Rowdy Digi-Pet" that literally lives on your desktop screen or any device screen and totally & completely controls your entire screen panel, rather entire of your computer portal with complete security restraints.
You just open your laptop/device/desktop and curiously check what the "Rowdy Digi-Pet" wants from you today, so that it can unlock your screen.
Identify yourself, some secret feed, food or pampering tactics, let's see what works best.
Pamper, feed it's curiosity with ample of love and affection. Handle it's antics and clever tactics to sign in into your device. If it remembers you and accepts your pleasing tactics, easily or else stay logged out for a while till the efforts materialise.
It might force you to do anything and everything with its Artificial Intelligence.
Quite absurdly, If you tend to ignore its weird tantrums or simply fail to make it pleased or happy, you just watch and stay logged out.
