Do you have a TL;DR version of what is prompting all of these changes and what is the benefit for that? I could some of them, but wondering about your vision for all of this.

No offense, but from my perspective, this is a proposal made by someone I barely see in the community, with 95% of people supporting it so far are people I have never seen active here. And the changes proposed are big.
