The Caribbean islands and a number of US states have prepared for Hurricane Irma, the strongest Atlantic Ocean and region, to declare a state of emergency and close schools.
A group of small islands in the Caribbean are expected to be hit directly by the hurricane, "Angela, Marigot, Philippsberg, Gustavia, San Barthelemy, The Potom, Leeward and Puerto Rico."
A number of provinces in Miami, Florida and Puerto Rico have ordered evacuation of the population, which threatens lives and property in those areas, where eviction orders begin on Wednesday.
People lined up in queues in Florida to shop for their needs before the hurricane hits within hours or days.
The governor of Puerto Rico also asked US President Donald Trump to increase financial aid to cope with the cyclone emergency, and dozens of shelters were set aside for 62,000 people.
Puerto Rico closed the San Juan airport and canceled all flights from today.
The Leeward Islands of the Caribbean, the State of Cuba, Haiti and the US Virgin Islands also declared an emergency, and the hurricane recorded the 5th and the maximum speed of 281 km per hour.
